Our Fee Structure
Our fees are set out as clearly as possible from the start. Where fixed prices apply, we publish them openly, and where a service requires hourly work we explain the likely scope and expected cost before you decide to proceed. Our approach is straightforward and transparent so you always understand how fees are calculated.
Services and Fees
We will only recommend our service if, in our professional judgement and experience, there is a reasonable and legitimate basis for your application.
Every client is offered a free and confidential initial review.
What's Included
Our form-filling service is designed to give you clarity, structure and confidence at every stage of the application process. The steps below outline what you can expect when we support you with a benefit claim or other complex paperwork.
- Free, confidential consultation. We listen to your situation, clarify priorities, and confirm how we can assist.
- Eligibility assessment. We explain the criteria in plain language, outline realistic outcomes, and identify any risks or gaps.
- Evidence planning. We set out what to gather and how to obtain it, such as medical records, care notes, school reports, mobility assessments, and ID documents.
- Drafting your answers. Using structured questions, we capture how difficulties affect daily living and mobility, including reliability and variability. We write clear, accurate answers and organise supporting documents.
- Consistency and completeness. As part of drafting, we check that information and evidence are consistent, relevant, and complete, so the application reads clearly.
- Submission pack. We finalise your documents and evidence, ready for you to submit, provide file copies for your records, and supply clear step-by-step instructions on how and where to submit, key dates, and what to keep.
- After your decision. If required, we can prepare material for reconsiderations or appeals and explain time limits and next steps.

Notes:
1. There are two types of LPA: an LPA for financial decisions and an LPA for health and care decisions. There are additional government charges which will be fully explained. It is strongly advised that both LPA are completed at the same time. The Office of the Public Guardian fee is £92 per LPA. Fee exemptions or reductions may apply if the donor receives certain means-tested benefits or is on a low income.
2. £60 per hour thereafter.
3. In addition to our fee, local authorities charge £10 for a Blue Badge in England. In Scotland the fee is £20, and in Wales Blue Badges are issued free of charge.
4. Subject to other benefits being in place.
The Government does not charge a fee to apply for Attendance Allowance, DLA, PIP, or any other benefits we support. Our fees relate solely to our professional advice and form-filling service.
